In our screening procedure, we assess the sponsor, their management team, and their track record. Subsequently, we meticulously examine the deal’s business plan and market assumptions to ascertain its compatibility with the Marketplace.
Recognizing that you depend on us for both deal sourcing and evaluation, the RC Brown Investment Review Process guarantees that our Investments team consistently assesses each deal against standardized criteria. This ensures a thorough review without compromising the speed at which we onboard new sponsors and initiate fresh deals, all while considering opportunities beyond the U.S. market.
After completion of the RC Brown Investment Review Process, the deal is launched on our Marketplace becoming accessible to our investor community. Our aim is to provide you with comprehensive information empowering you to access whether a deal aligns with your individual portfolio. Following the launch, you’ll have several days to scrutinize the project details before the investment window opens.
