How It Works

 

  1. Sign Up: Create your account with a few easy steps, unlocking a world of potential investments.
  2. Access the Marketplace: Explore a diverse range of investment options and choose the ones that align with your vision.  To invest, you must complete your profile and input Investing Account(s) information.
  3. Make an Offer: Make an offer on the selected project. Submitting your offer will take you to the Offer Summary page, This will be the page you will use to finish the offer process and track the status of your offer.
  4. Select your Investing Account: First select the Investing Account you want to invest with. This is also a great time to update any missing information and to check your accreditation verification.
  5. Sign closing documents: Next, closing documents are released for signing Document submission date and time will determine whether or not you get into the deal if it oversubscribes.
  6. Fund your investment: Funding instructions are sent when your documents are reviewed. Once you send funds, the sponsor will countersign documents; you’re invested!

Some things to consider when creating an Investing Account:

  • Ensure you are choosing the correct account type and that the Legal Name for your Investing Account is correct.
  • A joint account requires that both members not only be listed in the Investing Account, but also EACH member will need to have their own RC Brown Investment login and member profile.
  • If you are investing through a business entity or trust, all beneficial owners of more than 25% will need to be identified. Each beneficial owner will need a RC Brown Investment login and member profile.

Every deal on the RC Brown Investments Marketplace undergoes our objective deal review process. RC Brown Investments approval of a deal for posting on the Marketplace does not constitute investment advice or an endorsement of the particular deal. Investors are advised to consult with their financial, legal, and tax advisors on each specific offering to determine the suitability of the investment in light of the investor’s circumstances and goals.
